Great location, comfy beds, and host responded quickly

Dekel Sea View was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 1 infant (there was an extra bedroom that we did not use) for our 3 night stay. David was extremely responsive to any concern we had. He answered all questions, big or small, both before our stay and during. He sent detailed instructions about the location and check in, as well as some local recommendations prior to our arrival. The apartment was bright, spacious, and comfortable. He set up a port-a-crib for the baby. The view from the living room and merpesset, of the sea and the mountains was so nice, and surprising from being quite a distance away from the shore. The apartment is in a colorful neighborhood. Across the street is a makolet, bakery, fallafel place, and meat restaurant. A 10 minute walk away, on Rechov HaTamarim, there are many restaurants, and we can recommend Melody (dairy) and Omer's (meat). The Tayelet and Hotels area is about a 35 minute walk or 10-15 minute drive. It is a quick 20-25 drive to the southern beaches. Check in and out with the mechanical lock box was simple, and makes the apartment good for Sabbath observers. There is an active beit knesset literally steps away, as well as Chabad around the corner. Visitors should realize that the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, which did not pose any problem for us. We will certainly stay at David's place again, the next time we come to Eilat!

Spacious apartment, has everything a family needs for a place to sleep/rest for a few days, while spending most of the time outside. We rented other apartments in Eilat before, this one is better than most. Great value for money. The Neighborhood is ok, places to buy groceries near by, some open also on Saturday.

As advertised, 3rd floor with no elevator. Was known and not a problem for us.

Very good stay, nice and large apartment. The host was very helpful and it was easy to contact him, with a very quick response time. It isn't a luxury apt, but nice and comfortable and perfect for the money. We were also allowed to bring another family member for 2 nights without extra costs. Keep in mind that this is an apartment on the second floor of a walk-up building in the city. It isn't in the hotel district. But very quiet and a nice view to the red sea.

Everything in the apartment was fine:comfortable beds, plenty of space, everything you need in the kitchen.

Hot water was not always available. The neighbor one floor down used to complain that the children were walking and she couldn't rest.
