Piso amplio, soleado, bien situado. Barrio tranquilo. Cocina, salón y baños muy bien, amplios, en buen estado, cómodos. Yo sugiero poner una barra de seguridad para entrar en bañeras y ducha.

El mal estado de los muebles de las habitaciones, muy viejos, estaban mal repintados. Instalación eléctrica mejorable. Cama de matrimonio necesita cambiar el colchón. Hay plantas en las habitaciones y un árbol seco en el techo del pasillo que creo tendrían que situarse en otro lugar.( Poco salubre) Es un problema que la calefacción sea central y no poder elegir cuando o cuanto quieres
