Perfect location, no need to use car once you've arrived. Lovely and clean and handy to park as well as beach for our dog.

The first set of keys did not match the room so it was a bit stressful. Had to phone to owner and then get a new set. With a wedding to get to this was stressful

Perfect size, great location. close to the main strip. Well equipped with kitchen and laundry

Check in and out was exceptionally confusing. I got SMSs and emails with conflicting information - booking said check in from 3pm but then I got a text saying check in was from 1pm and the office to collect keys from closed at 3pm! Tried to ring the number and it looks like a local landline number but goes to a call centre in the Philippines. There's a lock box at the front door, could have saved so much hassle by using that.

Found some things not clean like glassware and pet hair from previous users. I also found out about having to bring own linen after I had already paid for stay. Paying $700 + you’d think linen and towels would be in included never before have I had to bring own in my life

Well equipped, great location, quiet at night.

Strong musty smell throughout the property. Carpets needed more thorough vacuuming.
