"Disappointing."

Key collection was good. Location was great. Studio was clean.

Mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Beware of rules around clean up of property after stay. For example- vacuuming and sweeping. No equipment available in studio for these tasks. Leaving a property tidy is an acceptable expectation. However doing all the cleaning is hardly a great ending to a holiday. Inadequate seating for two people to relax. No air-conditioning. (To be fair, this was stated in the description of the ad, however the ad also went on in great length about how new this property was, air-conditioning in a high end property in 2022 is standard. It did not occur to me to check this detail) Not able to reach window. The studio is dark and has no view of the outside. The studio feels like it is underground. There are apartments on top of the studio and the sound proofing is inadequate, there sounded like a herd of small elephants running around, however I suspect they were small children 😆.

"Rude and impatient service"

In a convenient location

Despite being told earliest check in was 3pm. I received multiple calls on the day to ask me to come earlier so they could close. Then when we asked for an earlier check out we were told no refunds.
