At the Guinigi Tower, with Private Courtyard

The apartment itself was lovely and having the garden to relax in was wonderful. The location is perfect with shops and great restaurants close by.

Way too many rules posted on walls and in the information book. There were some shortcomings in the bathroom and bedrooms. Lack of a simple shelf in the tiny shower,no bathroom bin. There was no locker or even a little shelf in the single bedroom and only one tiny wall mounted plinth in the double bedroom.Also having to bring our rubbish bags to the community bins was unexpected. Just a few little changes would have made our stay a bit more comfortable.

The host met us at the apartment. The orientation to the apartment and area was well done.

The high fee for checking in after 7pm. We arrived at 9 pm

It was very clean, very spacious and had all the amenities you would need.

It was difficult using the washing machine. It would’ve been helpful to have had printed out translation with clear instructions.

Great host who met us on arrival. Apartment in fbactastic location to explore Lucca on foot. Quiet even though in central location and felt safe. Lovely traditional building. Well equipped bathroom and kitchen and bonus outdoor area.

El apartamento está en el centro de Lucca, pero a la vez en una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Las habitaciones espaciosas y agradables. La cocina bien equipada aunque la nevera demasiado pequeña para 5 días y una familia de 4. La comunicación muy buena con las chicas de la agencia.

La limpieza de la ducha muy mejorable (el cable estaba todo oxidado). La terraza no es como en las fotos, está muy descuidada y las sillas y mesa oxidadas...
