Excellent location, very welcoming hosts. We could not have asked for more

Nothing to dislike.

This was perfect for the solo traveller, more than spacious with a particularly attractive bathroom. It was also exceptionally quiet given it is fairly centrally located, the station being about 10 minutes away by foot. Birdsong was more in evidence than traffic sounds! The hosts were helpful and welcoming, generous in provision of wine.

There was nothing to dislike. I would have found a clothes horse/ airer useful for hand washing but there is a laundry in close proximity.

We got such a warm and kind welcome to the cosy and clean apartment. They thought of so many details and provided us with maps and recommendations for our stay. We could always text if we had a problem and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect for us. You have to accept it's in the old town so there's a bit of noise, but you are not spending much time there. It's on the ground floor (windows high up) so it kept cool, no need for air con, in May anyway. There's no private outside to it in the way of small garden/terrace etc. but it did not matter you only went back to rest your feet for a while and back out. Good for short breaks, go there again. Owners very helpful and friendly and they have thought of just about everything.

Nothing much, we're retired and the bed was a bit low but hey-ho.

The location, the facilities and the bed was comfy. We had everything we needed.

A great apartment and location. It has everything you need! The owner was very friendly and helpful, both via communications before our stay and during, and upon arrival a warm and friendly greeting and intro to the place. Thank you once again! We wish we could have stayed longer. We would stay here again for sure! Recommended!

A very cozy apartment, right in the heart of Lucca. The apartment gives the same historical vibe as the city does, there are lots of interesting books and the rustic-renovated look is simply amazing. The owner greeted us with open arms, very helpful and friendly. He also left us a bottle of wine and a wide variety of snacks and food for breakfast. The apartment is on street level, so it's perfect if you have several bags. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back soon!

Everything was great. I just felt the need for a mirror (there is only one in the bathroom), but other than that our stay was perfect and being there felt like home!
