This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. "Please note that the property cannot be reached by car since it is located in a restricted traffic area. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site (see the price below). Please note that the extra to be paid on the spot and not included in the rental price are: - Bed Linen and Towels (initial set) (on request): 15.00€ per person - Bed Linen and Towels (additional set) (on request): 15.00€ per person - Refundable Security Deposit in cash (mandatory): 200.00€ - Electricity (mandatory): 0.65€ per kWh - Babycot (on request): 25.00€ per child per week - Tourist tax (mandatory): to be arranged with the owner"
