Modern 2 Bed Apartment

It smelt fresh as soon as we walked in. It was very clean.

There weren't any utensils for frying and no sharp knife. There wasn't enough cutlery or wine glasses. We felt a bit under pressure to get out dead on 11am.

The property was equipped with all the facilities we needed for weekend away and very spacious, Main bedroom double bed was comfy and spa bath was really good and its a spacious apartment suitable for 4 guests.

No blinds on bathroom window even though its frosted glass extra privacy need to be there especially as the other side is decked seatkng area.No laundry basket as in picture and the tile grout in bathroom& shower door seal need replacing its missing in areas and looks unmaintained which is disappointing considering how lovely the rest of the apartment is. We washed the spa bath ourselves before use as precaution. The 2nd bedroom that had single beds, the mattresses were not comfy at all, we were only 2 guests so this didn't affect us, but if it was a party of 4 I wouldn't have been happy to sleep on them. I had to reset the remote code for get TV to work. The TV is a little smaller than expected for that size room I'd advice a bigger screen for comfortable viewing. I didn't notice the railway line nearby so the trains passing often can be a nuisance if you're a light sleeper.

The location is really nice and quiet, the property is also very spacious and modern.

Issues: Overpowering smell of cannabis as you entered the property Holes in walls extremely dirty in every room missing ceiling areas broken tiles holes around the electrical sockets filthy holes in sofas and blankets over sofa cushions to hide stains etc cabinet doors missing off of kitchen (fridge and freezer-both) outside back area just used as a store with cigarette buts everywhere toilet would not flush old broken soap dispenser on wall disgusting bath Toilet roll holder falling off wall radiator leaking in hallway really messy and untidy in general 1 hanger in the wardrobe tv not working (fixed by property person) kitchen items missing Dangerous wiring and extension leads

Loud noises banging .work men etc couldn't gt to sleep as very noisy.No blind up at bathroom window .
