- Olepené podlahy - Rozbitá madla v koupelně - Pračka zaplněna věcmi - Celou dobu před naším příjezdem otevřené okno - špinavé závěsy - Špatná lokalita - špatná bezpečnost Po příjezdu 13.9.2025 kolem 21:30, jsme si vyzvedli klíče v lock boxu. Apartmán nedostatečně uklizen. Když jsme si chtěli uložit věci do skříně, povalovali se tam obálky od soudu. Vedle v apartmánu probíhají nemravné aktivity - střídali se tam muži jak na běžícím pásu a polonahá žena (prostitutka) je vítala při vstupu. Několikrát nám v noci někdo klepal na dveře a procházel kolem okna, i přesto, že apartmán je poslední. Bezpečnost = 0! Při cestě s malým dítětem toto nebylo možno akceptovat a apartmán výrazně nedoporučuji. Ještě tu stejnou noc ve 3:00 jsme si přivolali Bolt a odstěhovali se do jiného hotelu. Poprvé jsem měla strach, že se něco stane. Vydrželi jsme v apartmánu necelých 5 hodin. Takto jsme přišli o peníze za celý pobyt a výlet se nám prodražil.

The apartment is spacious and cute for a leisure or work trip, The check in is quite simple as it is self check in

The main entrance is always open during the day hence it makes the facility not safe, The sewer occassionally gave a bad smell

I like the security very good.

The sink in the bathroom was not in operation. Had to use the shower to wash hands, brush teeth.

I like the size of the room it's own kitchen bathroom and a place for dinner it have a fan to keep me cool It like home away from home

The apartment looks aesthetic

The bed was really good. The location was easy access to town. First aid kit and fire extinguisher inside.

So many problems. Lots of little bits and pieces were damaged on arrival. Water came through ceiling from upstairs bathroom. Door handles half broke. Poor security. Zero air con. No tv due to zero aerial connection. No toiletries bar towels and loo rolls. Ironing board was dirty so didn't use it.

Quiet area

DO NOT STAY HERE. A man broke into the flat at 1am whilst I was sleeping in it, attempted to rob me and threatened me with stabbing. He was a gang member and said the place is used by a criminal prostitution ring. Another man attempted to enter at 3am. I reported this to the Police and they advised me that it was unsafe to stay in the property and suggested I leave immediately - which I did. I then has to chase the property agent for 3 days to get a refund after them saying they would refund me immediately. Aside from that, the floor was sticky and the plates were greasy.

The location is good, the support from Mr. Eesah, he was a very helpful person, he solved most issues that we faced during our stay.

The apartment need a repair , the floor, carpet, shatter for the window , the ceiling is not prevent the sound from the upper apartment so we can clearly hear the people steps, the heating system is not working they do have a small device for heating, the bed is not comfortable at all , the pillows ، the size is not comfortable for two people also the mattress need to be changed.
