The views were extraordinary The place was comfortable for our family and we were welcome by the host at arrival.

The only thing was they didn't have any tea bags and no UK plug to charge our phones or converter

Fantastisch, groot, schoon en ruim appartement. We verbleven met een gezin met twee jongvolwassen kinderen. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas hebben we door het iets mindere weer geen gebruik kunnen maken van het balkon en de tuin. De ligging is prachtig aan de Sustenpas met een prachtig uitzicht op de Alpentoppen. Boodschappen kan je doen bij een kleine supermarkt op een kilometer of 5 van het huis. Rosmarie was erg aardig.

Er is geen wasmachine in het appartement, terwijl dat wel in de beschrijving staat. De badkamer is voldoende ruim om een wasmachine neer te zetten.

Echt een fantastische locatie tussen de bergen maar vlakbij de Gothardtunnel. Ideaal als stop vanuit Nederland op doorreis.

Äußerst nette Gastgeber, angenehme und praktische Wohnung, wunderschönes Tal, spektakuläre Berge, Wanderparadies. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Für eine Reiseetappe oder ein verlängertes Wochenende ist die Wohnung prima. Für einen ganzen Sommerurlaub würden wir an diesem Ort zumindest in den wärmeren Monaten eher nicht buchen, weil die Passstraße von so manchen Motorrad- und Autofahrern als Rennstrecke missbraucht wird, was für eine gewisse Lärmkulisse sorgt und die Lauschigkeit des Tals und Weilers dann doch ein wenig schmälert.

The fact that this was our third separate stay at Gästehaus Fürlauwi tells you all you need to know. The hosts are lovely and helpful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Easy parking is available right in front of the house. The main road to Sustenpass is close by, but the house is rurally located in a cluster of just a few houses. The house across the street is a working farm. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, and you could spend hours walking the rural road and paths right outside the front door. The first time we stayed, it was just a planned overnight break on our drive from Italy to Germany. It is a good location for that. But after seeing the place, we knew that one night there was not enough, so we planned a return trip. The first two times we stayed, our children were between 6 and 9 years old, and now they are teenagers. The space was perfect in both scenarios. This location is among my favorite vacation stays ever.
