Number 3 Charming Appartment Old Town Parma

Perfect location to enjoy the city, a short walk from all points of interest.

The appartment is very close to the centre. It is spacious and well equipped.

The shutters of the windows are a little tricky to open, and the view is not very nice but not a big deal. In the night it is noisy from the restaurants around. For me it was not a problem but if you are light sleeper it could be an issue.

Good location, cute space and comfortable bed.

Host sent check in information without giving apartment number or description video. So getting into the building was great, but finding the apartment was another story. It took over 1 hour for response. Also two out of the 4 nights, loud music and yelling until 03AM. The heat was insufficient. I think it didn’t help that it was rainy for most of stay and very difficult to get warm. The best heat was in the kitchen. The mounted AC/Heat system was groaning and not providing good enough heat. I have stayed at many places where these units work better. The last night there was a ruckus in the hallway requiring police and fireman to remove a women from apartment across from me. (Either mental illness or medical emergency. I had to remain in my apartment - until the police tape went up and the police went away - had to miss dinner- which I could afford to miss. I think this place would be fine in the summer and for young kids.

It’s cozy and had everything that I needed. The location is right in the center and not far from the train station. Host sent all the instructions very detailed.

Very big apartment. Excellent location. 20 minute walk to station, close to all facilities, washing machine. Lots of restaurants and bars

It was very dark and couldn’t open the shutters, so not much natural light. Just my opinion, but I don’t like black or dark sheets and towels.

Appartment was near the center, very clean and friendly owner. Service was beautyful

The parking was 10 minutes walk away. Parking in front of the house was only for 2 hours. Near the appartment is a "circolo-restaurant" which was very loud till late.

Location was excellent. Bruno was good to deal with and provided prompt answers to our questions. Quiet spacious apartment with a good breakfast provided.

Could have been provided with a tea-towel to dry the dishes.

Bruno goes to great effort to ensure that the apartment is perfect. The location is very central.

Sometimes, parking can be a little challenging - but there are alternatives.
