Clean, compact apartment. Basic kitchen items such as oil and salt and dishwashing liquid were supplied so that was useful. Maybe some sugar packets would also be good.

Front window needs a better curtain/blind as there is no privacy especially when the lights are on.

Street noise in early mornings

Very clean. Close to restaurants/bars/city centre. Had everything we needed! Washing machine was very useful too!

My colleague and I were on a business trip. I pre-booked an apartment with a bed and a sofa. We arrived late in the evening and found that there was only linen on the bed. I reported this to the owner of the apartment, he promised to bring bed linen the next day. However, the next day he said that you need to pay another 20 euros for bed linen, explaining that we had booked an apartment for two with a double bed, so the linen on the sofa is for an additional fee. We were just happy (sarcasm) that he didn't ask for an extra fee for toilet paper, saying that there was a bidet.

Good location , restaurants were just round the corner, bus stop to the train station was two minutes away. Very clean .

Location is amazing. close to restaurants, shops and the heart of the centre of Parma. all within a few minutes walk. Apartment very comfortable for 2 individuals but probably better suited for couples. relatively well equipped kitchen- however given the proximity to great restaurants and cafes we didn’t use kitchen except to make coffee. Strongly recommend Cafe Latteria which is on the next corner from the apartment for valentina’s freshly baked pastries.

remote concierge meant having to make calls on arrival when we had trouble accessing the key box however the host was very accessible and available to help us out via WhatsApp messages. lots of street noise on Saturday night but otherwise ok except for some traffic noise.
