It is very clean, location is excellent, stuff 👌.

It is a little bit small for four people.

Very well equipped, the owner left us coffee capsules and biscuits for breakfast. Good location close to the bars and grocery stores. The owners were very welcoming and left helpful notes about the city.

There was no washing machine despite this being mentioned in the description. It was very important for us as we were traveling for a couple of days and it was raining. The heating only worked for a few hrs in the evening, and it was cold. Netflix didn't work (we tried to use our own login). The sofa bed in the living room was worn and uncomfortable.

Overall atmosphere and design of apartments. Parking permission. Late checkout. Stuff in the kitchen (i.e., olive oil, water, coffee etc.)

Great location 5/10 mins walk from main centre of Parma. Local bars very close to property. Area felt really safe Property very clean and well presented with nice finishes. Hosts were very welcoming and really helpful with local knowledge and tips

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable for 2 people

An ideal location to explore Parma. The host and hostess had many suggestions and helped us with parking. Very quiet and private.

We were met as we drove up to the apartment. We were able to take in our bags and the owner showed my husband to where her car was parked. She gave us her parking permit for the 2 nights were were there, which was a real bonus. She showed us around the apartment and had a map with suggestions of things to see and do and where to eat. We were happy to walk around Parma and discovered a lovely restaurant about 7 minutes from the apartment. We stopped and bought fruit from a shop across the street. I would definitely recommend Garage36.

The almost see-through curtain in the bathroom made me a bit uncomfortable, but we were the only people there.
