La posizione rispetto alle cose che volevamo vedere

Mancanza di parcheggio adiacente

L’appartamento si trova al piano terra di un bel palazzo storico, in zona ztl ma a cinque minuti a piedi da un grande parcheggio custodito e da una strada a strisce blu, le uniche dove i non residenti possono parcheggiare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi, il soggiorno con divano letto ha il soffitto con una bella volta a botte.

Con temperature estive elevate diventa un vero forno, anche con il ventilatore acceso. La situazione è migliorata un po’ gli ultimi due giorni quando il tempo si è un po’ raffrescato. La struttura dell’appartamento è Interessante e un po’ più di cura negli arredi, nell’illuminazione potrebbe renderlo più accogliente. La strada è molto tranquilla, a parte un simpatico localino di bevute il cui vociare rimbomba fino a notte fonda. Unica soluzione unirsi alla compagnia, se se ne ha voglia..

Spacious apartment in a palazzo apparently built in the 17th century from what I looked up. Has a fully equipped kitchen which also includes a dishwasher (which was not mentioned on the facilities list). Great location close to some of Parma's best restaurants, short walk from the cathedral. Anything you need for a comfortable stay. Aside from sometimes hearing a toilet flush, I didn't hear the upstairs occupants. Even though centrally located, it's a quiet location (at least it was in February).

The shower leaves something to be desired, I can imagine it may be a bit of a challenge for some people to get in and out, it's also just a showerhead. But I managed fine. A bit cold in February inside, but maybe I didn't know how to effectively use the heating.

CENTRAL LOCATED NEAR SHOPS , CAFE, AND BARS, VERY COMFORTABLE FOR 2-3 PERSONS, NICE AREA

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THERE WERE BETTER SHOWER TOWELS, BUT IN GENERAL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD.

The property is spacious and quirky. We loved the style. The walk down the street has at beautiful charm. Down to the street lamps just stunning approach. The kitchen was equipped with essentials, the sofa bed was spacious. Tv had Netflix, which with family wins a 10/10.. hand soaps toilet rolls and dishwashing products are all available. Washing machine also available but not located in apartment. Proximity to old town 10/10 your right in the midst of culture. Train station easy 7-10 minutes walk. Most historical places like cathedral de Parma is 3 minutes walk, whilst a visit to pilotta 6 minutes walk will wow, a tour can take 2 hours. Lovely and quiet… check out Trattoria Corrieri a 13 minutes walk fresh pasta does and a great selection of tasting boards. For coffee we visited Gran Caffè Cavour,, shopping for food esselunga is at the end of the street very convenient if like us you cooked at the apartment.

The pillows for the bedroom should be updated. It was uncomfortable to sleep during this heat, the apartment would benefit for 1 AC unit. Fans where provide and we requested an extra, which was delivered prompt and greatly appreciated. Instructions for the coffee maker again would be great. Even a coffee with filter machine. For those who never used the EU version. Washing location not in apartment, however easy to locate and use. Lastly the cooker hood needs a light bulb fitted to ease with cooking.

Located just opposite 2 fantastic restaurants i.e, Soj and Bacco Verde and 500m to 2 Salumerias.

When we entered, the apartment smelled of smoke. The staff, Mauro, appeared to be in a hurry when we met him. He was very brief with his explanations on the available facilities nor providing us with any tips of Parma. WiFi: We had to insist that we want to be sure that the WiFi works before he leaves. Of course, he insisted that the WiFi simply works by scanning the QR code but it did not. We tried many attempts. First, we noticed that the modem was not even switched on. Secondly, it only worked with manual keying-in the password. Washing machine: The washing machine is not located inside the apartment. After sending him Whatsapp, he told us that he will come by to show us but never appeared. We had to call him the next day to guide us to the location of the washing machine. Power outage: When we had a sudden power outage (I was in the middle of a shower), my husband called him for assistance but he was clueless. He did not bother to come by to assist. Luckily, the neighbor helped us to locate the fuse boxes (which is way out of the apartment). But we need to know the name of the owner of this apartment to identify the right fuse to turned on. We asked Mauro but he was clueless. So, we were left on our own to figure out. Not nice at all🤨!!! Stove gas lighter gun: The gas lighter gun for the stove was already empty and we have to whatsapp him for a replacement. Instead, he replaced it with a pocket gas lighter, which is very dangerous for lighting a stove. Cooker hood lights: It is not working and the cover is falling out. Organic bin bag: It was without a bag and we have to really search for an organic bag. Not easy, given that the kitchen area is rather dark. As shown in Booking.com, if this property is managed by professional host and manages 20 properties, our experience shows that it is far from professional.
