They are so friendly and nice people around the house

The location of the appartment is really great, right next to the Zellverein UNESCO. Also the stuff is really nice and if I stayed there longer I would have appreciated the extra towels I got. It is a good place when more people travel together. The living room was very nice, I can imagine sitting there with my friends/family in the evening and playing some board games or drinking wine :).

I know that the price was not that high but I think that this place actually has a great potential if few things get improved. The appartment was not very clean - especially the fridge. There was coffee everywhere and some old pickles. Also the dish sponge was dirty I was not sure whether I wanted to use it. Also, the shower was probably clogged and the water was not draning. I only spent there two nights otherwise I would discuss it with the owner... Also the mattress was quite thin and uncomfortable. I would also appreciate if someone would have contacted me and confirmed that they were expecting me and maybe gave me some instructions.

Very good location to visit the Zollverein, clean and spacious, close to supermarket and bakeries as well as public transport.

We found the sofa bed a bit too hard and the oven was missing a shelf (we were hoping to cook pizza )
