Parking was easy, but it was on an unsecured public avenue rather than private. The property is only a 2-minute drive from Nike Patras Tennis Academy when leaving from it, but going there takes about 9 minutes because it is located in the opposite direction on a busy high-speed avenue, so you have to take a long detour.

The mattresses were hard, and the two twin beds had wavy surfaces, so you weren’t sleeping on a flat surface and couldn’t rest properly. A couple of days before our arrival, we asked the owner to move our check-in one day later, but he did not waive any part of the price. We were traveling to participate in a tennis tournament, which was rescheduled to start one day later. The property is located on a busy road with fast traffic, which caused a lot of noise. Also, there was only one air conditioner in the living room for the whole property, which consisted of one living room and two bedrooms.
