Palm Beach Apartment Peraia

Nice host, very very clean apartment, perfect for 2-3 adults or small family. Very close to the beach.

Bed was shaking and its mattress was a little noisy when we were turning around in night. It would be useful to have one bigger pot in the kitchen.

The location—very near the sea, quiet neighborhood.

The communication with the host. Although the host agreed that we contact him via Viber before the trip, when I first called him on Viber he gave a a confusing answer: Which apartment? I am in Budapest and I don’t have an apartment. After that we called him from another phone on the same number and this time he said that he would be slightly late because he was otherwise engaged. When we arrived at the property, we called him several times but he did not respond. We thought it was a scam and were about to start looking for another accommodation, when he eventually responded in a rather brusque tone, saying that this was not a hotel and he could not be there all the time. He said he would be there in 10 minutes (he was already 30 minutes late), finally arrived in 20 minutes. Another confusing thing is that the person who arrived at the property does not look like the person in the Viber and the Booking profile. I wouldn’t mind this if it wasn’t for the confusing responses on Viber and in the cell phone. This experience was very stressful and unpleasant and left a mark on the entire stay.
