Eliza's Lookout

As convenient as can be for a serviced apartment in Perth. Bus stop just around the corner - a stop away from Elizabeth Quay bus terminal, easy to transfer to other bus/train lines and within free bus stop. Greatly appreciated being able to check in.

The whole tone of the pre and post communication was welcoming with a genuine desire to want to provide an excellent experience- which it did. Lovely touches with notes like “have a coffee on us” and honest reviews of local bars/ restaurants etc.

Only one thing which isn’t a complaint but may be useful - the twin beds are on wheels which we couldn’t lock.

Our car was too big to go underground and they managed to organise a permit for our car so we could stay in resident parking and not park KMs away under paid parking.

Once we found our way from the station, this was a good location. It's an easy walk to the pier. You look over the freeway, which is noisy of course, but this is a city, so can't expect it to be quiet. The instructions tell you where the key is, but don't mention that you need a swipe card to get in the building. It was raining and dark when we arrived, and we didn't see the swipe card in the bottom of the lockbox. There is good air conditioning, but could do with adequate bed covers. We enjoyed our three days in Perth, but we would look for different accommodation if returning. It's fine though, nothing actually wrong but certainly not special.
