Good location, near shops and restaurants

Cable tv didn't worked, the shower was dripping constantly, and the water pressure was low. Little cold came from the window to the right side of thr bed only

"No heater in apartment"

I liked the well equipped kitchen

No Heater exists in the apartment.. I can understand air-conditioning not available, but apartment had no heating system for winter
