“La maison” nel cuore di Genova

Fantastic apartment with kitchen right at the entry to the old town. Friendly owner - she gave us the feeling of being at home (so much that we forgot to pay our tourist tax… sorry, I will do that next time in Genua - we will choose your maison again for shure)

Everything was great

Our stay at " La Masion " was excellent. We especially enjoyed the vintage theme of the rooms and the comfort that it provided. The apartment was located in an incredible part of Genova, and was quite near the " Genova Brignole " train station. This way we were free to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre without losing too much time because of the distance between our apartment and the station. Our host, Kay, was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our two night stay in Genova. She helped us also by fixing however she could the check-in and check-out days which was a huge help for us because we got to see the city and enjoy our time there in peace. Our vacation was perfect and we really hope to come again soon!

The Siphon keeps going for a while and it is a bit loud.

The apartment was really cute. Love the little touches that made it feel more like a home than a sterile Airbnb. It's in a great location, on a lively street, close to everything. A perfect home base for exploring! There's an indoor market across the street, lots of shopping, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Brignole, which was great because we arrived by train. It was incredibly hot and humid when we visited, but the apartment was a wonderful, cool oasis. I'd love to stay here again if I ever return to Genoa!

Nothing. Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would like to warn guests about is that there is a Carrefour Market that you can see from the living room window. Do not go there. We did some shopping and the yogurt we bought was actually frozen and the biscuits were expired by 2 weeks.

We spent amazing days in Genoa and the area. One of the reasons is La Maison. The apartment is uniquely equipped. It is clean and stylish. The location is perfect. It is very close to the train station if you want to explore Cinque Terre, Portofino and others and a nice walk to the heart of the city. The neighbour has a big variety of restaurants bars and market. Even when we arrived after check-in time we were warmly welcomed with fruits, crackers and water. The communication with Kay was easy and pleasant.

We really liked this apartment. It was clean and comfortable and had many useful amenities for our arrival. Communication with the host was easy. The location was close to the Brignole train station and a pleasant walk to the historic center/marina. We also had some great aperitivo in the area around the apartment and great sandwiches from the small bakery next to the grocery store, which is just outside the apartment. A big indoor food market is also across the street which we loved.

Loved this apartment, had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great, felt safe, and easy walking distance to sights. Host was lovely and very accommodating.
