1. Flat was change as for upgrade as for was worse. 2. Cleaning was not proper 3. During night, the door was checked from outside. 4. Noisy neighbors. 5. Accommodation located in low rate neighborhood

The apartment is well located for the Principe station and access to the leisure dock area.

The area is a little downbeat but generally we felt safe.

Location amazing Everything was working The neighborhood was very interesting and multi cultural.

The room, cupboard and bed smellt like smoke from the previous customer. It is not really the fault of the apartment but the smell and cigarette ashes could have been removed better.

It was very good for a group of 6-7 to sleep. She provided towels, coffee, body wash, paper towels, etc. which was very nice.

Everything!!!! We had a memorable stay at casa Costa Serena. 5 minutes from the aquarium and city center. Great house, very clean and with all amenities.very friendly host that gAve us also all the indications on what to do in genova. thank you! when we will be back in Genoa we will surely stay here again andd I recommend it.

no elevator

It is nice cozy apartments. There ara plenty of space, bot small kitchen, but anyway it was enough.

The location of apartments is but dangerous, especially at night. Could be cleaner.
