Wir haben die Unterkunft im Februar 2026 für eine Nacht zu viert gebucht (Preis über 100 €). Die Realität vor Ort stand in keinem Verhältnis zur hohen Gesamtbewertung. – Die Heizung war am Abend nicht regulierbar. Es blieb kühl, sodass wir in Straßenkleidung im Bett lagen. – Das Warmwasser reichte aufgrund eines sehr kleinen Boilers, der zudem im ECO-Modus lief, nur für eine Person. 3 von 4 gebuchten Gäste konnten nicht duschen. – Das Bad war deutlich abgewohnt: vergilbter Toilettensitz, verschmutzte bzw. teilweise schwarze Fugen in der Dusche, sichtbare Flecken. – Im Bad lag ein unangenehmer, strenger Geruch. Besonders irritierend war, dass auf den Hinweis zur Heizung lediglich mitgeteilt wurde, diese sei „automatisch“ und erst am nächsten Morgen regulierbar – gleichzeitig wurde jedoch mehrfach auf die Kurtaxe hingewiesen. Für diesen Zustand und Preis absolut kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir können die Unterkunft in diesem Zustand nicht empfehlen. ENGLISH: Serious mismatch between rating and actual condition We stayed here for one night in February 2026 (4 guests, price over €100). The actual condition of the apartment did not reflect its high overall rating. – The heating could not be adjusted in the evening. It remained cold enough that we went to bed wearing our clothes. – The hot water supply was clearly insufficient. Due to a very small boiler, only one out of four guests could shower. – The bathroom showed significant wear and hygiene issues: yellowed toilet seat, dirty/partly black shower joints, visible stains. – There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. When we raised the heating issue, we were told it was “automatic” and could only be adjusted the next morning. At the same time, we were reminded twice not to forget the tourist tax. For the price paid, the value for money is not acceptable. In its current condition, we cannot recommend this property.
