Really nice place with an authentic vibe to it. From the balcony you can see some churches around. We stayed for one night only but really enjoyed the place. The host is super nice, making sure everything is there for you. Communication was superb. Definitely recommend

Very central, easy walking distance to a few tube stations (Trindade, Lapa and Faria Guimarães). Property manager was very helpful, always available and proactive towards our stay.

4th floor with no lift. Exhausting.

Communication is excellent, and the location is great. 2 hour parking right outside. Free 19.00 - 09.00. Value for money is very good. Super host. Ample size.

Really great location to walk to everywhere in Porto. The apartment was clean and comfortable and very well organised with everything we needed. We were very well looked after and felt very taken care of. Lots of space and a nice balcony to enjoy breakfast. Definitely recommend this place.

After a long day walking, the four flights of stairs to the apartment. A bit like going to the gym! ;-)

Close to city centre, walking distance or 3-4€ via Uber. I had a car, but walked or ubered. Free carparking in the evening around the apartment. Several restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. While it's 4 flights of steps to carry your bags initially and then bring down on final day, the view and serenity from the balcony made up for it. I spend a few mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony, enjoying the quietness ( after the bustle of old town), and the nature in the backyard (trees and birds), looking out across to an old church, which gets lit up in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed. It's on 4th floor and cools down in the.evening, we didn't need to use the fans. The host was very responsive to our needs and made the checkin an easy process even though we supplied all the requirements at the last minute.

The beds a bit creaky., and then it might not bother everyone.

1. The location was central and walkable to all parts of the city. 2. The host was highly responsive and helpful with suggestions. 3. In general the place was delivered clean and nice to us. 4. We were a group of two couples (one of them with a small child) and a single adult (who took the couch bed). Overall, it was a decent option with value for money

1. For a place avdvertised for upto six people, the hot water did not last for everyone's shower even if we tried to keep it quick. Maybe it has to be advertised for a maximum of 4 people 2. Heaters weren't initially available in all rooms - made it a bit cold to sleep in for a few nights. The host provided extra heaters for us eventually so that was good. 3. The trash disposal options were not suffient for a 4 days stay (a bigger waste bin would be helpful) 4. The person checking us in did not show us all the extra amenities available. For example, our clothes were blown away by the wind to the downstairs courtyard using the balcony drying line without clips (couldn't find it). Later, our host pointed us to the clips as well as a drying rack in the storage room labelled "first aid". But he helped ensure the clothes got back to us before we left.

very clean, lots of space, and essentials like laundry soap. Very accommodating landlord. Reference to the Za restaurant a couple of blocks away was great.

Apartment is up on the 4th floor. Lots of steps with no elevator.
