Mould in shower, flooding in shower also!

Good location, good recommendations from the host.

Not super clean and very tiny room.

La ubicación es excelente. Se encuentra muy cerca de los principales sitios de interes de Porto. La habitación tiene una pequeña cocina, ademas de una camada comoda.

El anfitrión nos había indicado que, si llegabamos antes de la hora del check - in, podríamos dejar nuestras maletas en el alojamiento sin problema. Le informamos que llegariamos temprano, pero no nos envió la información de acceso. Demoramos un buen rato intentando contactarlo, hasta que nos dio la clave de acceso del alojamiento. Lamentablemente los lockers del lugar no son aptos para una maleta de cabina, asi que tuvimos que ir a un locker cercano al alojamiento para dejar nuestro equipaje hasta la hora del check in. El baño es un tanto estrecho y la presión del agua no es la mejor.

Las humedades que había en el baño y en la habitación al salirse el agua de la ducha, cosa que se comunico en su momento y lo único que hicieron fue limpiarlo

Perfecto para las tres noches de estancia. Pequeño pero cómodo con todo lo necesario. Cama muy comoda. Muy bien ubicado.

The location was great

There was black mold, room didn’t feel clean, everything was moist and the curtain was broken.

The location is excellent: it is right in the city centre, close to bars, restaurants, and beautiful streets, and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. Unfortunately, our experience with the room itself was extremely disappointing. I will only comment on the room we stayed in, which was located on the first floor. Despite this, it felt almost like an underground room, as there was virtually no natural daylight. The room was well equipped, but the level of humidity was extreme. After just one night, everything felt damp, including our clothes and even the toilet paper. The room was also very cold during the night, and there was visible mold in and around the bathroom. Although it appeared that the walls had been repainted, the mold was still clearly visible underneath the paint, including outside the bathroom door. We initially decided to overlook these issues because we planned to spend most of our time exploring the city. However, after returning home, I developed a persistent cough that lasted several days, which I believe was related to the excessive humidity. On our last night, my husband was bitten multiple times while sleeping, and I woke up with a rash on my face. My husband subsequently developed an allergic reaction to the bites. We immediately informed both the hosts and Booking.com's customer service. Unfortunately, rather than investigating the matter, we were told that they were not responsible and that the bites had probably occurred elsewhere. We found this response particularly disappointing, as our concerns were dismissed without proper consideration. I waited before posting this review because I wanted to reflect carefully on the experience. We have also submitted an official complaint to the relevant authorities, as we genuinely believe that the condition of this room raises serious sanitary and health concerns. The location is wonderful, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend staying in this particular room.
