Oporto City View - Flora Garden

O apartamento correspondeu a expectativa, limpo, organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Localização muito boa próximo do metro e da estação de Campanhã. Lugar silencioso com um jardim muito bom para relaxar. Check-in feito no escritório, pagamento fácil e rápido sem complicações, onde pegamos as chaves e próximo do apartamento. Recomendo

A ducha da casa de banho do mezanino está avariada e a água cai para forado boxe por uma fresta deixando molhado toda vez que se toma banho, já tinha visto outros hóspedes falando sobre este problema, me parece que ate agora não houve solução, o sofá cama do mezanino não é tão confortável .

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist groß und sogar Sonnenliegen sind vorhanden. Man kann an der Straße entlang günstig parken, vor der Eingangstür. Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 20-25 Minuten).

Es ist sehr hellhörig und muffig. Irgendwo kommt Wasser rein, zwischen den Dielen. Den Schlüssel muss man sich paar Straßen weiter abholen, was etwas nervig ist und Zeit raubt.

Rezervisali smo ovu kuću, ali usled neke havarije javili su nam da ćemo dobiti drugi stan po istoj ceni, tako da je na kraju sve ispalo super. Stan je lepo uređen, čist, prostran. Zaposleni su bili prijatni, nemamo nijednu zamerku.

Todo muy lindo. Bien equipado. De buen Gusto. Muy cómodo.

Poco contacto con el personal. Demoras en responder. No respetaron el horario del check in. No tuvimos internet. Pedimos un descuento por ello y no obtuvimos respuesta.

Check-in/out was easy, having two toilets was convenient, kitchen had utensils for basic cooking, the outside space was nice (one of us wasn't feeling well so we spent almost a day inside the apartment and it was a plus to enjoy the sun outside). 20min walk to the cathedral and public transport closeby.

They haven't fixed the issue with the wifi that previous reviewers reported - they also weren't helpful at all when contacted about it, which makes it more frustrating. To me it would just be more honest if they just reported there's no wifi available, so you come prepared (we had to increase the GB in our mobile plan) and don't waste time troubleshooting. The upstairs shower leaked (both the shower head but also shower doors), so it was hard to use it without flooding the bathroom - so we only used the one downstairs.
