Antonio war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er war sehr freundlich, einladend und immer bereit, mit Empfehlungen und nützlichen Tipps über Porto zu helfen. Die Kommunikation war während unseres Aufenthalts einfach und schnell. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden, und wir haben die authentische Atmosphäre der Nachbarschaft wirklich genossen. Wir fühlten uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wohl und gut versorgt. Vielen Dank, Antonio, für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass Sie unsere Reise nach Porto noch angenehmer gemacht haben!

Host Antonio was amazing with an excellent communication. He was always attentive and looking up for us to have a wonderful stay. Was always available. Even the last day he gave us a free late check out and drove us to the airport. He is a happy and incredible person! We are very grateful for his 5 star service! 100% recommended.

Die Lage war Top. Der Gastgeber und dessen Service war herausragend. Antonio hat sich um Frühstück und Transport gekümmert und gleichzeitig alles sehenswerte gezeigt. Immer sehr hilfsbereit. Einfacher Kontakt via WA

Quel accueil tonique de Antonio( il est venu nous chercher à l aéroport). Ce tribun adore sa ville et son entrain et sa bonne humeur sont communicatifs. Le gâteau au chocolat (si léger et si délicieux)) et la bouteille de porto symbolisent son sens de l hospitalité. le principal atout de l appartement est sa situation .Tous les monuments et les quartiers incontournables sont accessibles facilement et à pied. Présence d un ascenseur. petits déjeuners corrects.

The apartment is centrally located and has everything you need. Very clean and spacious. A highlight is the host, Antonio who was kind enough to pick us up from the airport take us to the apartment and run through all the local thing to do. A highlight is his mothers chocolate cake and wine he dropped in. He is very passionate about looking after his guests and I doubt you would find a better host.

Nothing to dislike.

Antonio hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Ende von unserem Aufenthalt auch wieder zum Busbahnhof gefahren. Er hat uns jeden Tag eine neue Überraschung z.B. einen Portwein, Kuchen etc. in unser Zimmer gestellt. Er war stehts erreichbar für allfällige Fragen. Die Lage vom Appartment ist einmalig.

Die Hygiene: Das Bad und die Küche könnten sauberer sein.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabrica Apart. We really appreciated Antonio. He did an amazing job keeping the kitchen stocked, and we were pleasantly surprised at the daily treats he would bring us. It was a really nice touch! We benefited from the ride from the train station on arrival and again a ride to the airport on departure. Antonio gave us a run down of the area and the apartment on arrival. The location worked out well for us being near Lello and the tram to the beach among other things. We enjoyed the walk down to the waterfront. Porto is a vibrant city. We felt we stayed at the perfect place for us. It's a very comfortable apartment!

Den overrare vært, António, som tog imod os med hjemmebagt chokolade kage og portvin. Han hentede os ved parkeringshuset (havde tilbudt at hente os i lufthavnen, men vi havde allerede lejet en bil) og hjalp os med bagagen hen til lejligheden. Desuden gav han sig grundig tid til at sætte os ind i alle seværdighederne i Porto. Hver dag var der rengøring i lejligheden og António lagde hver dag overraskelser. Vi følte os rigtig forkælede! Den sidste dag kom António for at sige farvel og hjalp os atter med bagagen hen til parkeringshuset. En vært ud over det sædvanlige.
