Die Küche und das Bad könnte man etwas renovieren!

Excellent beach to go with little kids, super safe for them, plus close enough that they can walk there. The area is very calm, not many cars going around. The balcony is big enough to enjoy it. The sitting places in the ground floor are comfortable.

It would be better if there were wood/plastic cooking utensils. Metallic cooking utensils with a bit scratched pan with non-stick surface. Yeah, not ideal on that side.

Die Lage ist gut. Man ist schön im Schatten und umgeben von Pinien. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Camilla die gute Fee des Hauses ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Für spät in die Nacht feiernde Hausgäste kann sie auch nichts. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok, da man ruhig gelegen ist und zu beiden Stränden nur ca 4min Fußweg hat

Die Einrichtung ist schon echt heruntergeratzt. Farbe blättert ab, der Lack an den Möbeln ist abgesplittert. In der Dachgeschosswohnung sind sehr steile Dachschrägen. Groß sollte man nicht sein. Grado ist das Paradies für Stechmücken, dessen mussan sich bewusst machen. Auch muss man Möwen und Taubengeschrei aushalten können. Im Kühlschrank ging das Licht nicht. Der Spiegelschrank ist auch defekt. Das warme Wasser hat ewig gedauert in der Dusche (6min!) und der Wasserdruck ist auch nicht wirklich der Hit. Man sollte definitiv renovieren, neu streichen, und in Müslischüsseln investieren, dann würde es schon einen anderen Eindruck machen. 75qm hat die Wohnung meines Erachtens nur, wenn man die Terrassenfläche mit einbezieht als Wohnfläche.

On the first night, the caretaker came in the evening (before 22:00) and told us not to use the kitchen light because it’s connected to the fan, and it is making noise, so u have to do stuff in kitchen without light, there is no window or anything:). The apartment was not clean — dishes were dirty and everything was dusty, so we had to clean it ourselves Even though there was a “no smoking” sign, the apartment smelled slightly like cigarettes and didn’t feel fresh The beach is quite average and the surrounding area feels run-down, with older buildings, many of them closed or vandalized Bikes advertised as “free to use” actually require a renting deposit fee, and most of them are in poor condition that you will not reach the end of the street You need to bring your own bed linen and towels or pay extra (€8 per linen set, €2 per towel set), which is not clearly stated unless you look very carefully in description of what apartment contains, it should be stated clearly during booking process
