Very nice owners, apartament clean and big. Everything what needed was there. Parking place next to the building which is placed in the quiet neighborhood. All good.

My stay at Ferienwohnung Raiser was an absolute delight. Nestled in a serene neighbourhood, this holiday flat was a haven of tranquillity and comfort. The flat is in comfortable walking distance to Hagen town centre (approx 25 minutes) and also easily reachable by bus. This allowed me to explore the area effortlessly while enjoying a peaceful respite at the end of each day. The flat exuded a sense of freshness and tidiness that immediately put me at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness was truly commendable. Beyond that, what truly elevated my stay was the warmth and hospitality, their friendly demeanour and genuine care which made me feel incredibly welcome. Their willingness to assist with any queries or requests made the experience even more enjoyable.

The property has a combined kitchen and living room, a spacious bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Everything was very clean. The windows of the bedroom and the living room faced the garden with no other building to be seen. All windows had electric roller shutters. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The reserved car parking space was quite close to the entrance of the property.

The reserved car parking space was downhill a narrow drive but once you get used to it wasn't a problem.

The Hausmeister was so very kind. When I missed my train connection in Giessen, my train was late and he volunteered to pick me up from the Bahnhof and give me a ride ( 7:00 PM ) also had a problem with me locking myself out of the apt. He helped out with that too.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The heater was a little confusing because it was connected by a remote control
