I send many mails to booking.com. The host agree the same day for you to give us our money back. Because when we arrive at 5.30 pm the room was dirty and smelly. He said they fired the cleaning lady. I made that same night another booking through booking.com. I want my money back as soon as posible.

The room had boxer, razor and stuff of previous guest. Was smelly what a disgusting experience. We couldn't stay. The host said I can ask you for my money. I want it back as soon as possible.

Unfortunately,one biggest mistake in my life The flat was in a verey old House in the 3d floor No elevator No parking Verey loud Verey cold I will never recommend this flat
