Gute Infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Weg zur Metrostation Ucyol nicht weit. Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation auf englisch mit Ms. Gulnur per WhatsApp oder Mail lief sehr gut. Sie und ihre Cousine, die vor Ort war, waren sehr bemüht und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.

Balkonmöbel wären schön gewesen.

The host speaks English, French, and Turkish. A printout of instructions, including emergency telephone numbers and nearest drugstore and shop locations, for foreign tourists, as well as a set of necessary items for pious tenants was a nice touch. Rooms are clean, kitchen has almost everything you need to feel like at home, including an oven. It's a five-minute walk to the nearest metro station, Üçyol, which is just a station apart from Izmir's central square, Konak, and the Üçyol Camii (mosque). You can leave your luggage with the host for extra pay. Btw, the apartment has an elevator, so you don't need to worry about getting your heavy bags to the 1st floor.

Shower unit in the bathroom was leaking, but the host promised to fix it asap. Other than that all the facilities work as intended.

"bon rapport qualité prix et hôte réactif"

La disponibilité de l'hôte , l'accès facile , l'équipement de l'appartement est ancien mais le nécessaire était présent, le quartier était calme et proche de toutes les commodités

les canapés du salon sont vraiment trop ancien , le canapé lit n'était pas confortable

"Alles was goed"

Huisbaas was heel vriendelijk, het huis was zeer proper en alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Met toestemming zijn ze binnen gekomen en hebben ze de airco gerepareerd. Heel lief om ons probleem zo snel migelijk op te lossen. We hadden een eigen parking voor ons wagen.
