Spacious, fully equipped, two bathrooms

Appartment is on the first floor, but the stairs are quite long. No problem for the young and fit, but good to take into account for those who are not.

The Booking.com app provided the wrong lock box number. A message to the owner was swiftly responded to with the correct number. When we left, like idiots we left the wrong set of keys in the box. Simon was extremely understanding about this and a fix was quickly agreed. Thanks Simon!

We had fantastic weather the weekend we stayed. it got a little bit clammy in the flat as we were unable to open any windows. No issue at all during the day as we were mostly out. I'm used to sleeping in a room with an open window, so this may not be an issue for everyone. Also TBF, I would imagine that baking sunshine and gtemperatures in the twenty's isn't a regular feature of Kelso weather ;-)

Good communication with the owner. On arrival the accommodation was spotlessly clean and warm. Apartment was really well equipped and had everything we needed for a weekend break. It was right in the centre of Kelso so everything was in walking distance and there was free parking behind the accommodation.
