"Писать что в доме нет лифта"

Владелец не предупредил, что в доме нет лифта. Крайне грубо вел себя в переписке., когда я сообщила, что у меня два огромных чемодана и я не смогу их поднять наверх без лифта. Сухо сказала что в описании все написано но я нигде не нашла информации о том что в доме нет лифта, написано только что это пятый этаж пятиэтажного здания. Мне пришлось забронировать другой вариант проживания. Деньги потрачены в пустую из-за неполной информации в описании номера

"Long weekend in a cute apartment"

It was clean and really nice. Parking was convenient.

There was a water kettle to boil water but I would’ve wanted to make coffee with a press jug or a coffee machine
