"Renovated, clean apartment with a centrally supplied hot water"

For us, for personal reasons - location. Otherwise, it is a bit too far from the city center but walkable (20 min). Nicely renovated, clean and thru-the-house floor plan meaning it is not that hot in the summer. Central heating and hot water without gas heater, which is unusual in Narva.

4th floor may not be to the liking of those not fond of waking upstairs. Too few kitchen utensils.
