Много чисто и много добре поддържано , всичко е направено с много вкус Огромна тераса с барбекю, маси и пейки Вътре в хола също маса за 10 човека, перфектно оборудвана кухня Зад къщата има малък басейн Отдолу има хубав кей ,на който топлото време със сигурно става хубав плаж. Водата е кристално чиста, идеално е оттам да се лови риба -сина ми почти през цялото време стоеше там.Домакинът е супер мил и любезен . Насреща беше за всички наши въпроси ,пълно съдействие. Most beautiful location and terrace view in Kotor Bay. You can spend days on the terrace making food outside, rest inside and swim down in the sea. Market is just nearby. Cossy and classy place. Will come back for sure.

The Penthouse is amazing. The terrace overlooking the bay, the private area by the water… everything is great. We were a big group, 3 families and had the best time. The rooms are clean and the facilities are perfect. The host Daniel was super nice, helpful and friendly. We took a private boat trip that came to pick us straight from the apartment ( with the help of Daniel). We will come back to visit and enjoy the peaceful and amazing place. Thanx Daniel

Due to the fact that this is a penthouse, you should climb up some stairs. (It is worth it 😊)

La vue et la situation sont vraiment exceptionnelles.

Wonderful spacious apartment with spectacular views from enormous terrace. Daniel was a great host. Lovely hidden pool at the back of the house plus jetty to swim from.

Walking to restaurants was a bit hairy given speed of traffic - driving also not for the faint-hearted !

This is a fantastic location with far reaching views across Kotor Bay. The house is very comfortable for 2 families (we additionally rented the second apartment as well as the main villa). Daniel and his family are on site and are very kind and helpful, ensuring you have a memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made some good recommendations for days out - the highlight was a boat trip to the Blue Cave. The private jetty at the house was a big hit with our children (and us) and the little swimming pool is calm and serene - a nice change from the sea. We stayed at other properties after this one and this definitely had the best appointed kitchen with a dishwasher (strangely missing from other properties), plenty of storage and some complementary goodies from Daniel.

There is nothing negative to say about the property. Be cautious that there are a lot of stairs to navigate - but that was no problem for us. Parking is just off the road outside - and the road itself takes some getting used to if you are not used to single-vehicle Montenegrin roads - but that's not a reflection of the property, just a note about the area.

La casa está en una ubicación preciosa en la bahía de Kotor. Tiene una terraza espectacular y es un lujo poder despertarse e ir directamente al mar a darse un baño en su embarcadero privado. Daniel y su familia estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de que estuviéramos bien y de cualquier cosa que necesitásemos.

El alojamiento es espectacular. No hay nada que no me gustase de la casa.
