Achei o ambiente muito limpo, organizado, silencioso, local de fácil acesso, fui co0m meu esposo e filha de 6 anos e nos acomodou perfeitamente. Tem lençóis e toalhas para o hóspede, vários utensílios de cozinha que facilita para aqueles que desejam cozinhar.

Não é que necessariamente não gostei, mas acho que podem melhorar nas informações quanto a entrega da chave na entrada e saída da estadia. Nas duas ocasiões precisei ligar para responsável, então acredito que junto as orientações sobre o uso das chaves no portão, portaria etc já poderia vir essa orientação de entrega da chave na entrada e saída do hospede, pois entendo que isso facilitaria e deixaria o hóspede com sensação de mais segurança.
