This is probably the worst experience in an apartment ever in over 40 years travelling. Flush on toilet broke, fixed and then broke again, 24 hours with no toilet and four adults and a toddler. Then handle fell off bathroom door, 3 days waiting for that to be replaced due to a bank Holiday! Pool that was not open and we had no key for. We had to ask for a second set of keys as we were four adults. We were given them but Michelle made it clear that was the reason they couldn't access apartment to sort out toilet problems. Surely another set of keys was the obvious solution. We asked for a refund so we could move. This was refused. In the apartment we found information saying the pool was open all year round. Michelle seemed to think we should have asked this before booking. Eventually I booked into a hotel for 2 days as the water in the building failed. All of this was made worse by the very bad attitude of Michelle who told me she was there to make sure customers are enjoying their holiday. We were not enjoying our holiday. Stay away from this apartment and the company who are supposed to maintain it. Tim who let me in originally was a lovely man.

Great location for beach and old town Clean and comfortable, communication good.

Required luggage storage for last day as had a late flight

Ubicación perfecta. A 4 minutos andando de la playa de la torrecilla. La piscina comunitaria muy agradable para los niños.

Un poco difícil el aparcamiento, pero es natural al estar tan cerca de la playa

Location was perfect Accommodation was good and well maintained. Lovely outdoor area

It would be greatly appreciated if you could have some basic toiletries, just some soap for hand washing and maybe two toilet rolls
