Apartamento MINAGA 3

The location is truly outstanding. It's right next to the pedestrian area that takes you to Balcon de Europe, but you can still use your car. There are all kinds of shops and restaurants within a walking distance. This makes this place exceptional, despite a few shortcomings. The place is very clean and comfortable. If you go there with kids, there's a nice playground nearby and the place is easily accessible for a baby stroller.

The place lacks soundproofing. You can hear street noises or neighbours running water. No big deal to me, but for some it might be important.

Perfect base for a stay in nerja. Everything was within a short walking distance and the apartment was modern and clean.

A very convenient apartment for two persons. Good cooking conditions (oven), large fridge, cleaning items available. The location is good for making groceries when coming back from the beach. Two cafeterias in front of the apartment and a couple of bakeries nearby. Good-working AC. Check-out is at 12:00, that is nice.

Nothing really, just personal observations: the bed was less comfortable for my back; no dishwasher. Also good to be aware that it might be difficult with the parking on the street. Check-in is at 16:00, so the early-comers should plan their first day more carefully.

There are lots of things we liked about the apartment - location was perfect, away from tourists yet close to everything, the apartment had a lot of amenities and we were able to use beach umbrella every day.

There were lots of things we didn't like though. 1. Cleanliness - some things were dirty, mold in the bathroom, the sponges for dish cleaning weren't replaced. There were breadcrumbs from previous guests on the table. 2. Some things didn't work - tea kettle was not working (replaced by the host eventually). The washing machine was leaking so we had to clean lots of water from the floor. The soap was missing in the dispenser. The light bulb by the bed was missing (host eventually brought us extra). 3. The noises - although the apartment was quiet from the street, there were some internal noises from the pipes. 4. The bed - although generally comfortable the bed was making squeaking noises every time you move any part of your body 5. The host attitude - we didn't feel welcome at all, the host although helped with some things was generally not super friendly, when we told about lack of soap the response was to fill in the dispenser with shower gel by ourselves. When we asked for more toilet paper because it was thin and was running out quickly the response was to go to supermarket and buy it ourselves because there should be enough of it in the apartment. Yes we can do everything by ourselves but it'd be nice to have some basic hospitality and care for the guests who are raising issues which this apartment had plenty of. To summarize, with a better hospitality and attitude and better cleaning this apartment could have been very nice, because it has a nice potential.

Onstreet parking a challenge, noise from apartment above. Noise from all apartments directly overhead through bathroom vent, need to keep bathroom door closed

Apartment is very beautiful and cosy, it's quiet by night, has good AC, nice bedding and everything you need. Location is good, not far from center and beach, close to shops and bus station. It was so nice to stay in this place. Thank you !
