It was a lovely apartment in a wonderful location. A superb view and balcony. The garden and pool were well used and were quiet and relaxing. It was as good as our 1st stay there a few years ago.

L'appartement, sa situation, l'équipement, style de meubles et la terrasse valent la meilleur note, mais hélas, quelle mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée: pour obtenur les codes pour y accéder, sans voiture impossible les avoir car déposés à une adresse à 20 minutes de distance! 2ème mauvaise surprise, à peine installé dans ce bel appartement, plus d'électricité! Donc ni chauffage, le 27.02. ni courant jusqu'au lendemain vers 11h (pas de boisson chaud , quand un électricien, très compétent, trouve la cause (boiler l'eau chaud), il a été obligé de partir pour chercher la pièce défectueuse pour effectuer la réparation. Une fois tout régler, très beau séjour malgré le mauvais temps.

La TROP GRANDE distance entre l'adresse de l'appartement et l'adresse de clés-codes. A peine occupé l'appartement plus d'électricité .

Las vistas desde la terraza. La ubicación respecto de la playa y en el centro de Nerja. La zona de la piscina y su fácil acceso desde la terraza. La amplitud y limpieza del apartamento con una cocina muy bien equipada.

Mala atención en la entrega de llaves, ya que no se facilitó el código de apertura de la puerta del portal. Además, se nos dieron dos direcciones diferentes de ubicación del apartamento, una en la app y otra diferente escrita en el sobre de las llaves. Resultó que la válida era la del sobre. Faltó atención e información para facilitar la llegada. Había un ventilador para la extracción de la humedad en el dormitorio principal con un temporizador mal programado que se activaba de madrugada, haciendo un ruido excesivo. Finalmente, conseguimos reprogramarlo. La nevera no enfría adecuadamente.

Locatie is top, dichtbij oude centrum en op loopafstand van diverse stranden.

vrij gehorig. Sleutels ophalen op andere locatie. Schoonmakers waren nog niet klaar bij aankomst. Zwembad is prima, wel erg warm water.
