La dueña no era muy simpática que digamos, Imposible aparcar más de 2h dado vueltas por la zona, la ducha por las tardes noche a la hora de subir de la playa sin presion, prácticamente sin agua,,, se lo decimos y nos dices que ella no tiene la culpa,, y demasiado ruido del exterior ventanas con poco aislamiento.

Location, plenty of space, the balcony was excellent!

TV box didn’t work, attempted to fix as did the cleaner, but not resolved. Towels could do with replacing, both very minor issues!

Desde luego puedo decir que lo que más nos gustó fue la UBICACIÓN. Es realmenteperfecta. Está a literal 2 minutos de estar en la toalla tumbado en la playa. Con decir que la piscina no la visitamos porque teníamos la playa tan cerca... Aparte de eso, está muy cerca andando del centro (unos 10 minutos al balcón de Europa). Es perfecto para ir a cenar y dar un paseo pero no agobiarte de estar ahí. El apartamento no es grande, pero cuenta con todos los servicios y utensilios de cocina, incluyendo la terracita con vistas al mar. Desde la cama también ves (y oyes) el mar, lo cual es un puntazo para mi.

Como cosas malas del apartamento como tal, diría que la cocina es algo pequeña, con un frigo que de primeras no enfría mucho y bastante estrecha para poder estar dos personas haciendo algo. El agua para la ducha era un problema porque aparte de que iba y venía (al ser un quinto creemos que no subía con mucha presión), no había mucha agua caliente, por lo que las duchas tenían que ser muy rápidas (si había agua). Aparte de eso, ya no tan relacionado con el apartamento en si, es el aparcamiento del coche. Al no tener plaza de parking, en la zona es complicado aparcar. Puedes estar desde 5 minutos (si tienes suerte) a 1 hora intentando aparcar por la zona. Para dejar y coger las cosas no hay problema porque hay una zona de carga y descarga en la puerta, pero ojo que viene la policía.

Location was perfect

From the outset of the booking the communications from the management team who administer the apartment was superb. I did have a problem with the safe and it was rectified promptly and efficiently. The instructions to enter the apartment block and then the apartment was simple and easy to follow. We arrived just after midnight and had no problems at all. On entering the apartment it looked just like the photos on the website. I did have a wee bit of trepidation on entering due to the poor reviews that were posted by earlier occupants but I found the apartment to be clean and so did my wife who is a clean aholic !! I do agree with earlier comments about the sofa beds needing to be changed as they are a wee bit shabby and one of them has a broken arm rest. A lick of paint on woodwork and balcony area would make an improvement. The kitchen is well equiped with kettles, coffee machines, toasters, pots and pans and utensils. There is a mini oven/grill, microwave and four hob hotplate. The bedroom is spacious enough and wardrobes have plenty of coat hangers. The bed is comfortable and ensured a good nights sleep as did the noise insulation. There was a young family next door and although you could hear them as you passed their door on the corrider you couldn't hear anything from the apartment. Location is fantastic. The showeroom/toilet has been recently reformed (but left a tired door and didn't paint woodwork) and their was plenty of hot water. The shower produced a good powerful water flow. Location is right on Torecilla beach and about a 10 minute walk to the Balcon de Europa. The pool area is immaculate and a very peaceful setting there are no sunbeds so you can't fight over them! The proof of the pudding in any holiday review is whether or not you would go back. I most certainly would. The location and value for money is really good.

If your the type of holiday maker who stays at 5 star + chrome and glass hotels with champagne on hand your not going to like this. I also didn't want to make my last remarks on this property negative as it doesn't deserve it.

Great location, great views, comfortable apartment with well stocked kitchen.
