El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba muy bien cuidado. Estaba muy bien ubicado. Estuvimos muy agusto. Además, tenía parking, aunque estrecho si tienes un coche grande. Es recomendable.

Todo estuvo bien, no tuvimos ninguna pega.

There aren't enough storage cupboards in the kitchen area - food had to be stored on the worktop. In the Summer months this would be an open invitation for flies, etc.

Nice large apartment for the family of 4, should be comfortable for 5-6 people as well. Smooth check in despite late arrival at 1:30am due to delayed flight - we kept in touch with the owner on WhatsApp and he sent a lady to let us in. All necessary equipment- kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, even sun umbrellas and chairs. Good large balcony with extendable roof (very useful in summer) and large Mountain View, also another smaller balcony in master bedroom. We liked nearest sand beach (7-8 mins walk), but also were at other beaches for snorkeling etc. Not in the center of town (20 mins walk or 5-6 mins drive ), but this is also an advantage, as it’s more quiet and you can easily park in front of the building (we didn’t use garage). Tennis club nearby, a bit pricy - 20 euro for me and my kid (and they didn’t speak English). Swimming pool inside the building is good, though we almost didn’t use it and preferred the sea. Car is not mandatory, though I’d recommend to rent it if you stay in Denia. Overall the holiday was enjoyable and relaxed.

Minor - more for info rather complaints. You need to get used to the keys (we were given 2 sets), as there are 2 locked entrances to the building- the first lock (or key) was not always smooth. Garage is a bit tight, but we didn’t use it, as it was quicker to park outside. And as other mentioned , no credit card payments- bank transfer deposit + cash on arrival: not a problem for us, but be ready if you live outside eurozone.

Great location near the beach and centre of town. The flat was spacious and well appointed with much needed aircon. We got great use out of the swimming pool which was just downstairs.

The property is really well located. Well maintained and nothing is too much trouble for the owners. There is a DVD player but no dvds so bring some with you as none of the tv channels are in English. No big deal as we were out most evenings or used the iPad.

Nice views of the mountains. Comfortable beds with new mattresses. Well equipped.
