Понравилось все. Оперативно отвечал хозяин. Заселились без проблем. В номере все работает и исправно: холодильник, плита, кондиционер, телевизор, wifi. Окна выходили во двор - было тихо. Номер и белье чистое. Есть сковородка и кастрюля, набор посуды, столовые приборы, даже штопор. До моря надо подъезжать на общественном транспорте.

Гарний вид з балкону, в номері чисто, є все необхідне для комфорту, стан меблів новий, гарне інтер'єрне рішення розміщення ліжок, власник приємна людина, який одразу ж усунув деякі нюанси)

Навпроти апартаментів наразі будується готельний комплекс, через що може бути частково шумно у номері, якщо відкриті вікна. Номери знаходяться в старому квартирному комплексі який реставрується тому в під'їзді дуже неприємно пахне і вигляд не дуже.
