Чудове місце, гарна квартирка, зручно, бо все близько знаходиться. Легко і швидко заселись самостійно. Дуже привітний адміністратор. Ремонт новий, в кімнаті затишно. Все необхідне є.

На жаль, шумоізодяція відсутня. Дуже чути сусідів, як гупвють вхідні двері без доводчика, як намагаються вкласти ключ в бокс для виселення. Це все чути, наче ти спиш в коридорі. На жаль. Також немає москітної сітки на вікні, тому в червні вночі були комарі(
