Бронировали заранее не предоставили номер.Перед заселением . На звонки не отвечали забрасывали .Даже не ответили на звонок.Можно было предупредить за ранее что места все распродали .Ужасное отношение к людям.

Зробила бронювання, його підтвердили. Коли приїхала до Одеси почала звонити за вказаним номером, трубку не брали, приїхала до готелю нікто не відкрив, тарабанила у двері і дзвонила так і не відкрили. Була вже майже коменданська година. Я залишилась на вулиці із дитиною, отаке ставлення. Не рекомендую отель взагалі. За таке ще штраф має бути.
