⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Starting the day here was simply magical. Enjoying a fresh cup of coffee while watching the calm lake and soft morning light was the best way to recharge my mind and spirit. "Absolut dezamăgitor."

Hotelul este situat pe malul lacului Ohrid

Am primit o cameră rea, ce nu corespundea cu pozele prezentate pe site. Inițial , recepționerul ne-a propus să anulăm la rezervarea făcută pe Booking și să luăm camera direct de la hotel ,pentru un preț mai mic cu 10%. Având suspiciuni am refuzat și am plătit Cash, echivalentul a 160 euro , așa cum ni s-a solicitat. După ce am plătit ne-am us să vedem camera. Am fost foarte dezamăgiți de ce am găsit. În baie era mucegai și mirosea urât, în dormitor erau 2 paturi mici, separate în loc de un pat matrimonial, cearșafurile erau vechi și ponosite, pereții cam murdari, ușa era ciobită, curățenia din apartament lăsa de dorit. Am cerut altă cameră ,dar am fost refuzați, pe motiv că era ultima disponibilă. Atunci ,am refuzat să ne cazăm și am solicitat restituirea prețului, total sau măcar parțial, fiind iarăși refuzați. Nu recomand acest hotel! Este o mare țeapă.

Had a great time staying with my family in these apartments - the location is great, not that far from the city center and there is a beach in front of the hotel. The staff was very helpful with every issue that we had, especially Ivana and Denis, would 100% recommend the place. There is free parking and a supermarket next to the reception. The room was well equipped and cleaner than most of the apartments I've stayed in.

"Not worth the money"

The only thing that was positive was the location otherwise it was definitely not worth the money

The room was not clean, the partial sea view not existent, the water in the shower was not draining enough, there was black mold in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, had to pay extra for the use of the pool and we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole stay
