B47 - Walkway Beach View Apartment

Die beiden überdachten Balkone boten schöne Außenplätze. Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und umfangreich ausgestattet.

Das Appartement war sauber und ordentlich, tolle Sicht auf das Meer.. Bequeme Betten, alles was man an Ausstattung braucht war vorhanden. Hervorragende Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus.

Wegen der Baustellen drum herum war es allerdings in der Woche auf dem Balkon recht laut. Außerdem ist sie relativ weit außerhalb gelegen. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 20 min. in die Altstadt bzw zu den Stränden. Eine Balkontür schließt nur sehr schwer, sodass auch ein kleiner Schlitz offen bleibt. Preis-Leistung aber wirklich gut!

The location was very good as we could walk or catch a cheap bolt home, and the views on the balcony were gorgeous.

The beds were too soft as I suffer from back ache. I needed to take my own camping mattress with me. (Also the oven is not easily accessed due to the cupboard door being in the way)

The view from the balcony was amazing.

NOT SAFE! A man appeared inside our living room saying he was checking the locks worked? If you were checking the locks why were you upstairs inside the house? The bed was less comfortable than the ground. The pictures show a lot different than the actual unit. Intentionally deceiving photos with different furniture and decor. Half the things in the apartment were kind of broken. There is only one key but you need the key to open and close the door. So if one person leaves with the key you cannot get out. That is dangerous if there is a fire or other emergency. The air conditioner only makes the living room cold, not the bedrooms. It is really sad because this place has so much potential but no view is worth feeling unsafe at night.

It is a little removed from the city center but its location is very quiet.

Great apartment, as described. Friendly & helpful landlady. A bit out of town but great location for us. Clean & spacious.
