Lucas House 3 - Garden Apartment

Location was great. The apartment was clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed and the swimming pool was amazing although a bit small for all the people to use.

There was sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the pillows and bed were not comfortable. The fitted sheet kept coming off. Also we asked for a baby cot which was provided but without pillow and sheets, just the fitted sheet and a blanket (which wasn’t needed)

Location, the facilities and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

La zona de las piscinas cubiertas, el apartamento en sí es muy bonito y tiene de todo. Cama extra grande y muy cómoda. Terraza agradable. Aparcamiento gratuito en la misma calle.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

Washing machine didn’t work, got a new one on the 13th day! No instructions for the safe.

High end condo unit, highest quality furnishings, complete facilities. A little traffic noise in the area, but none w doors and windows closed. Two separate aircons in the apartment. Very nice decor in every way The 3 pools were v nice, although the water was cold in the outside pools (perhaps due to windy season). Free bottle of wine was appreciated. There is ample free street parking all around the unit, (though not provided with the unit). Location wise, it's in an area full of condo buildings. It's a good location for a stay in Lagos, realatively quiet and upscale and you can quickly walk to the marina area and into the old town in <10 minutes

Just two things impacted our stay, and hopefully can be improved on. The key has to be picked up from a small office in the middle of the old town, some distance from the property. This is inconvenient. The streets are narrow and chaotic and there is nowhere to park at the location. After circling the narrow streets, we found a multistory lot about 8 minutes walk away. It would be extremely helpful to provide this info ahead of time, especially the location of the parking. The property address details sent online for check in included only the street name and condo building number, but not the actual apartment number inside the building! On arrival, we were luckily able to catch the host by cell phone.

Lovely spacious apartment.. Just a short walk to the main area.. Right beside a supermarket which was very convenient.. pool area was lovely and clean.. Would stay again! Host was very informative and responded promptly.
