OLBIA CENTER VIA ROMA 22

We stayed here for 3 nights before heading up to Baia. The location was excellent, the place was better than we expected, it was basic but it was clean and tidy and the owners were very friendly and met us upon our arrival to explain where things were. They filled the fridge with breakfast foods, croissants, biscuits, water and even supplied us with pasta, sauces. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toiletries, shampoo. Showers gel, air freshener etc They went above and beyond. Apartment also Included WIFI … kept the kids happy !! Couldn’t fault them perfect base for exploring Olbia and surrounding areas.

Good location

The apartment is dark, it has a lot of improvised facilities like the tiny bathroom from one of the bedrooms. If you offer TV for your guests, at least do it right, they are tiny and the cable was not working

The location was fantastic and the apartment was well equipped. The second bathroom was amazing. The host was friendly and furnished us with items for breakfast and pasta to cook, should we desire. There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk.

Parking is an issue, as there is only street parking, which is always very busy.

Host was lovely and helpful and good communication. It was great to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, including a washing machine if we needed it. 2 hairdryers too and toiletries provided. It was lovely that the fridge was well stocked for us and even pasta and sauce and tea and coffee in the cupboards. Lots of cleaning stuff supplied too. Good value for money

The beds were not comfortable at all. Hard mattress and pillows and the bedding and towels were very worn. Very noisy late at night when metal chairs were being moved on the metal flooring at the front of the property.

The host very nice and prepared the extra bed for our group and clearly explained everything we need to know

Nice and clean. Close the centre/ restaurants. Fridge full of snacks/ drinks.

Location, in town centre.Really nice apartment, host was really nice and everything well organised, good breakfast.
