The property did not reflect what we saw on Booking.com and we did not stay despite having prepaid - no refund was sort or offered. The property was dark inside and felt damp and musty, we had to chase up to receive the wifi connection. In six weeks travel in Italy this is the only property where there wasn't a bottle of water provided. The walk to the city centre was on a dirty narrow street, we would not have wanted to walk it at night.
