It is exceptionally spacious & well equipped apartment. The close proximity to all major attractions at Otaru is added bonus. Check in is also fairly straightforward.

very spacious

we waited for long time for the owner to come to help us enter as after the video check in ,the code provided isn’t correct. the shower head is weird it keep fall down when I shower very dangerous

Highly recommended for big family. Super spacious, nicely renovated with fully equipped kitchen. Very close to popular tourist spots. Ample space for parking.

"A lovely apartment in an interesting town"

Kikuo was a very comfortable and classy apartment. We really enjoyed our time there in Otaru. All the facilities were top standard, with some particularly hi tech components! The beds were comfy and the living space was large and welcoming. It was great to have a washer/dryer too. We tried the Italian restaurant next to the apartment and it was lovely! Very good value too. Thank you to the host. We would love to come back!

Just an idea. A bench in the front entrance to sit on when taking shoes on and off, would be great.
