Patron super gentil et arrangeant.. appartement immense climatisé/chauffé..2 salle de bain/eau trop pratique.Grande cuisine tout équipée..calme et résidence récente bien placée Emplacement.. ascenseur.. gardien sécurité.. communication.. taille et équipements

A part que la lampe de chevet cassée au niveau de la prise j'ai pas vu de défaut par rapport à d'autres appartements parfois même plus chers. Meilleur rapport qualité prix d Oujda dans problème

Skvělá lokalita, blízko vlakového nádraží a centra města. Hlídaná rezidenční čtvrť. Byt v prvním patře nad přízemím, výtah. Dispozice bytu úžasné, dvě toalety, vybavení úplné i v kuchyni, balkon, pračka. Majitel nás očekával, příjemný a schopný člověk. Za danou cenu mimořádný luxus.
